We do not claim ownership of your business data.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, revenue levels, or return on investment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Flowwork (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
